* Housekeeping Is Provided Daily Between 10:30 Am - 1 Pm
* Our Caretakers Are There For Housekeeping And Do Not Help To Serve Food / Help With Drinks. If Service Is Required We Can Arrange Service Stewards At An Additional Charge Of Rs. 1,000 (for 6 Hours Of Service) Per Steward. Prior Intimation Is Required For Arranging Service Staff.


Electricity Consumption:
Complementary Electricity Is Provided As 150 Units Per Day. Meter Reading Will Be Recorded At Check In And Check Out. This Is Enough To Run Our Property With Air-conditioning / Heating And Necessary Amenities. A-Cap Has Been Put As We Do Not Want Electricity To Be Misused By Leaving Every Appliance On - Unattended, As It Wastes Electricity (which Is Already Scarce In The Country) And Also Poses A Safety Risk Due To Short-Circuiting / Over Heating Of Appliances. Please Turn On Air-conditioning When You Are In The Indoor Areas And Turn It Off When You Are Going To Be In The Pool For A Few Hours. This Will Help Us Save The Planet And Stay Green.
Extra Consumption Of Electricity Will Is Charged @ Rs. 7 Per Unit As Per Additional Units Consumed.

Meals & Dining:
* We Do Not Have A Cook At The Property
* Several Restaurants In The Vicinity And Delivery Services Like Zomato / Swiggy Also Deliver To Our Place. To Name A Few Delivery Restaurants - M'creme, Mughal Affair, Asian Haus, Baan Thai, Cafe Tonino, Joint Cafe, Imly Cafe, Shwarama House, Chicago Pizza, Tossin Pizza, Pizza Hut, Indian Grill Room, And Many More. Late Night Delivery's (2 Am) Are Available From Mitraao 2.0, Wrap It Up, Batman Delivers.

Swimming Pool Rules:
Using The Swimming Pool:
* Jumping In The Pool At Any End Is Strictly Prohibited (for Safety Reasons)
* Parties Are Permitted In Swimming Pool Area, However, Only Disposable / Plastic Glasses Are Allowed In The Pool Area. Beer Bottles / Glassware Is Strictly Prohibited In The Pool Area (beer Cans / Disposable / Plastic Glassware Is Allowed)
* Non Swimmers And Kids (unattended) Are Not Allowed To Enter Our Pool Area
* Our Guests Are Solely And Explicitly Liable For Using The Pool At Their Own Risk
* Any Mishap / Accident In The Pool Shall Have No Responsibility, Explicit Or Implied On The Host, Its Associates, The Owners Of The Property Or Any / Or Of The Workers At The Property
* Non-Compliance Of Swimming Pool Rules Will Not Be Tolerated And Will Lead To Immediate Cancellation Of Booking With No Refund. Any Guest Found Jumping In The Pool / Carrying Beer Bottles / Glasses To The Pool Area Will Be Fined Rs. 25,000 For Non-Compliance (this Is For The Safety Of Guests).
* Guests Will Be Asked To Sign A Liability Disclaimer Before Entering The Swimming Pool

Security:
The Farm Is Fully Secured By A Boundary And The Entry Gates Are Only Opened By Our Staff For Our Guests. Our Entry Gates Close By 11 Pm For Security Reasons. If Late Night Access Is Required, Same Is Chargeable Extra At Rs. 1000 Per Day.

Hosting Events / Gatherings
* Our Farm Villa Can Be Booked For Private Celebrations, Birthday Parties, Family Affairs, Pre/Post Wedding Ceremonies (Barat Not Allowed), Corporate Events, Pool Parties, Etc. Our Property Can Accommodate Up to 75 Guests Easily.
* Parties Are Allowed In Open Areas Only And Pool Area
* Parties Are Allowed In Open Areas Only And The Pool Area.
* For Private Parties / Social Gatherings (non Wedding Related) And Maximum Upto 50 Guests A Visiting Guest Charge Of Inr 750 Per Guest Per Day Is Charged In Addition To The Property Booking For Staying Guests. This Charge Is Towards Property Rental.
* For Larger Gatherings (up to 75 Guests) And Wedding / Pre Wedding Gatherings We Will Send A Customized Quote On Request.
If The Property Is Being Booked For Series Of Events, These Charges Will Be Applicable Daily Based On The Number Of Visiting Guests Per Day. Our Team Will Be Keeping A HeadCount the Same Way As Catering Does.
* We Can Organize Catering & Decor For Events Through Our Catering & Decor Partners At Affordable Rates

Airbnb Policy Does Not Permit Us To Share Contact Details Before A Confirmed Booking, Hence Please Use The Designated Messenger If You Have Any Queries Before Booking.

Please Do Not Ask Us For Our Contact Details Or Send Us Your Contact Details On This Messenger: The Same Will Be Blocked By Airbnb . You Can Make A Booking For The Number Of Staying Guests, And The Communication Channel Will Open.

Bonfire Charges - Rs. 1500 Per Bonfire (for 3 Hours). If It Is Required For A Longer Time, Additional Rs. 1000 Will Be Charged For Next 3 Hours. If The State Government Applies A Ban On Bonfire (in Pollution Months), Bonfire Will Not Be Allowed.


Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Can Be Provided Only If We Do Not Have A Booking The Previous Day (before Check-In) / Or If We Do Not Have A Booking (after Check-Out). Early Check-In / Late Check Out Charges Will Be Applicable At Rs. 2000 Per Hour.

Please Note: We Have To Be Punctual With Our Timings, As We Need Sufficient Time To Clean, Reset And Sanitize The Space For Our Next Guests. Each Guest Is Important To Us, And One Guest's Delay Will Lead To Another Guests Experience Being Compromised. So We Request You To Please Adhere To The Timings. Please Do Not Mind Repeated Reminders By Us Starting 45 Minutes Before Your Check-Out Time, As We Understand It Takes Time To Pack.
